Terms of Service
Welcome to The Tray Microgreens. By creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and reside within our serviceable areas to place an order.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed upfront for the full duration (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly).
- Deliveries are made every Sunday to your registered address.
- You may pause your subscription Mon–Fri before Friday midnight. Paused deliveries are saved, not lost.
- You may skip a single upcoming Sunday delivery (Mon–Fri before Friday midnight). The delivery shifts to the following Sunday.
- If you do not pause or skip in time and are unavailable on Sunday, that delivery is forfeit. No refund, no reschedule.
- Subscriptions run their full term and are not cancellable mid-way.
4. Pricing & taxes
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to update pricing for new subscriptions; existing subscriptions remain at their locked price for the full term.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across our serviceable pincodes (currently Bengaluru). Coverage is shown at checkout.
- Delivery is included free with every subscription.
- Estimated delivery window: Sunday, 8 AM – 6 PM. Exact time depends on route.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or that safe drop instructions are recorded.
6. Product quality
Microgreens are harvested on the morning of delivery. If the product is visibly damaged or spoiled on receipt, report it within 6 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email — we will replace the box on the next delivery cycle.
7. Permissible use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Resell our products without prior written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tray Microgreens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 6 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time after your active subscription ends.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
