Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver across Tirupati, Renigunta, Chandragiri, and Pileru in Andhra Pradesh. Serviceability is checked automatically at checkout. We plan to expand to Madanapalle and Chittoor next.
2. Delivery day
All deliveries take place on Sundays. Microgreens are harvested on Sunday morning to ensure peak freshness. There are no Monday–Saturday deliveries.
3. Delivery window
- Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Exact slot depends on your area and delivery route on the day.
- You will receive an SMS notification when your box is out for delivery, with an approximate ETA.
4. Delivery charges
All subscriptions include free home delivery. No charges, no minimum order.
5. Receiving your box
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Alternatively, you can leave delivery instructions in your account (e.g., "leave with security", "ring twice").
- If no one is available and no instructions are provided, the box will be returned to base — that delivery is forfeit and not refundable.
6. Pausing or skipping a delivery
If you are unavailable on a Sunday:
- Use Skip This Sunday to push just that one delivery to the following Sunday.
- Use Pause Subscription for indefinite breaks (trips, long absences).
- Both actions must be made Mon–Fri before Friday midnight. After that, the upcoming Sunday cannot be changed.
7. Storage instructions on receipt
- Refrigerate immediately, sealed, in the vegetable drawer.
- Do not wash until just before use.
- Consume within 5–7 days for best quality.
